  • Clear Height : 10 – 12 meters
  • Structure : Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) system
  • Roof : Metal sheet with thermal insulation
  • Lighting : LED system with skylights covering 5% of the roof area
  • Illumination : LED High Bay, average 300 lux
  • Fire Protection : Automatic sprinkler system (for buildings ≥ 10,000 sq.m.)
  • Floor Loading Capacity : 5 tons per square meter, burnished floor finish
  • Maneuvering area: At least 30 meters of clear space is provided to allow trailer trucks to turn easily.
  • Canopy : A canopy at least 10 meters long is provided, along with lighting for night operations.
  • Loading bays : The loading bays are elevated to 1.3 meters and equipped with overhead doors 
and hydraulic dock levellers for faster and easier loading and unloading.
  • Doors and windows : Glass panels with aluminum frames
  • Ceiling : Flat gypsum board ceiling
  • Lighting : LED lighting fixtures providing 500 lux
